Water quality is an important issue, because it directly relates to our drinking water and water for living.

Water pollution in drinking water sources like rivers and lakes is growing worse by the day.

Water pollution is caused by industrial waste or household waste making their way into water resources.

The green algae phenomenon that has become a problem lately is a prime example of such pollution.

The worsening water quality makes it hard for fish or aquatic animals to survive.

I think we must work harder to look after our water resources.

A good starting point would be block off sewage and get rid of sources of contamination.

수질 문제는 식수뿐만 아니라 생활용수와도 직격되는 문제이기 때문에 매우 중요하다.

식수원이 되는 강이나 호수의 오염이 나날이 악화되고 있다.

산업폐기물과 생활 쓰레기가 수자원에 유입되는 것이 수질오염의 원인이다.

최근 문제가 된 녹조현상이 대표적인 예이다.

악화되는 수질이 물고기와 수중동물들의 생존을 힘들게 한다.

수자원을 보호하기 위해 우리가 더 많이 노력해야 한다.
